Was supposed to be a remake of a previous pic i did, but i got lazy and this is all i can come up with this late at night =3=

I don't like hetalia as much as i did before, but i like Matthew XD He's a special case. :iconheplz:

I felt the urge to draw or in this case 'redraw' him.

So i did.
